During a LED Class the teacher guides the students through the Asthanga series using the traditional vinyasa count in Sanskrit. This helps students to learn and maintain the correct order of postures and adds a steady rhythm to the practice. This class requires prior experience in Ashtanga Yoga and students should be familiar with the sequence up to Navasana, for a beginners level we invite you to the Mysore practice.

At The Vinyasa People.Yoga, we have a high quality livestream camera mounted in a half bird's eye view that livestreams our classes in the studio. So you can practice from the comfort of your own home with your favorite teachers. You can expect the classic TVP studio image, the instructor can be heard clearly but will not be able to see or hear you.

- The Vinyasa People Founder and Lead Teacher (E-RYT 500), Yin Nation Co-Founder. - Katy teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Ashtanga Mysore Style, Pranayama sessions, Vinyasa Yoga on various retreats around Europe as well as teaching on many teacher trainings and as well her own 200h Pranayama Vinyasa Teacher Trainings.

Ausbildung

- Katy is the studios lead teacher with over 3000 teaching hours under her belt. - She has completed two 200 hour teacher trainings in both Scotland with Seasonal yoga and in Miami at the world-renowned Miami Life Center under Kino Macgregor and Tim Feldmann. - She completed a 300 hour teacher training in Austria with Tribe. - In addition, she has participated in the world renowned adjustment training with David Swenson. - She traveled to Bali for a 500 hour Pranayama training with Pranyama Sadhana. - She is a committed student, who regularly travels to India to study under Parampara guru Sharath Jois in Mysore, the birthplace of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
