In den VINYASA FLOW Gruppenstunden werden sowohl sanfte als auch fortgeschrittene Asanas unterrichtet - im guten Mix und auf die Gruppe abgestimmt.
An den Morgen angepasst, starten wir mit Atemübungen, gefolgt von Sonnengrüßen und - je nach Schwerpunkt der Stunde - mit unterschiedlichen Asanas. Wir schließen mit einer Meditation und Savasana die Yoga-Einheit ab.
