Our comprehensive 50-hour Thai Yoga Massage Training Program seamlessly integrates theoretical concepts with practical techniques, teaching you the science behind massage while mastering the art of therapeutic touch. This intensive program covers the unique and ancient healing art of Thai massage, which incorporates gentle mobilizations, marma points, stretching, and compressions using the hands, thumbs, forearms, elbows, and knees.

Traditional Thai massage is performed on a comfortable mat on the floor (easily adaptable to massage tables) while the recipient remains fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire. This meaningful technique washes away the stress and strains of everyday life through joint mobilization, stretching, and work along the body’s energy lines (“Sen” lines) and pressure (Marma) points.

Opening myself with patience and compassion to how every student offers unique insights into the practice of doing and guiding yoga helped me to stay grounded in the realities of my students. I honor, respect and tap into these insights – these are my most essential foundations for being the best teacher I can be. Here at Manas Yoga, I teach Morning Flow, Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release, Basic Yoga, and Meridian Yin Yoga classes. I offer Yoga Therapy, Dry Cupping, Thai Yoga Massage, and Yoga teacher Apprenticeship and I’m one of the lead teachers in the Manas Yoga Teacher Training. I'm holding my classes in English.
