sound into the new year 2026 - a sound and voice journey

What is it, that you want to invite in 2026?
What do you want to cultivate this year?
Who do you want to be?
How do you want to feel?

In "sound into the new year 2026" you are guided into a practice to anchor what you want to invite into this new year right into your body. With the help of the voice and the instruments, we shift your frequency and align your energetic field with your vision for 2026. Cause frequency + intention = sound healing.

We first start with a short breathing sequence to ground you in the moment. Then I will guide you into some toning exercises (no worries, you do not have to think that you have a beautiful voice - it is about feeling your voice vibrating and not how beautiful it sounds). After feeling the vibrations on the inside, you can lie down for the sound journey.

I am using Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshis, Ocean Drum, Gongs and most importantly: my voice to guide you into a trance-like state. At the end, there will be silence to integrate the experience.

Soundwork, in its essence, facilitates a space to go deeper and uses the frequencies to transmit information. I use my voice especially for these transmissions.

To receive them, you do not have to understand everything. Just feel and be open to exploring.
