Louis begleitet dich durch alle 108 Sonnengrüße. Klar angeleitet, mit Raum für Pausen und deinem eigenen Rhythmus. Du kannst jederzeit anpassen, aussetzen oder wieder einsteigen.

Eine kraftvolle, meditative Praxis, um Altes loszulassen und mit Klarheit in den neuen Zyklus zu gehen.

Louis will guide you through all 108 Sun Salutations with clear instruction and space for pauses, honoring your own rhythm. You are always welcome to modify, rest, or rejoin whenever you need.
