Join us for a sacred gathering to honor the Autumn Equinox — a moment of balance between light and dark — under the energy of the waxing moon, a powerful time for manifestation and new beginnings.✨

We will open with a traditional Mayan/Andean cacao ceremony, working with the gentle heart medicine of theobroma cacao. Through smudging rituals and the opening of the six directions, we’ll create a sacred space to connect deeply with ourselves, nature, and the season’s shifting energies.

🤎Cacao is a very gentle yet powerful medicine- We will be serving a 35g ceremonial dose of cacao from Cacao Guardians ; a high-quality ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala

For participants with contraindications (e.g. heart conditions, pregnancy, high doses of antidepressants), we will lovingly prepare a lower dose — please email us in advance if this applies to you.

Together we’ll journey through guided meditation and reflection, setting intentions for the last months ahead of 2025. A sound bath followed by Reiki energy transmission will then carry you into deep relaxation, harmony, and inner alignment.

Über

Founder of the Energy Studio & Energy Medicine Academy. For 10 years Tamara participated in a wide range of ceremonies, workshops, and certification programs all around the world. Through the Energy Medicine Academy, she certifies people in various energy medicine modalities and also holds space for people in 1:1 and group settings. Her mission is to introduce energy medicine practices to people around the globe and create a global movement of energy medicine advocates.

Ausbildung

Tamara studied international Communication & Management in the Netherlands, additionally, to her University degree she is certified in various Energy Medicine Modalities such as Tibetan Usui Reiki 1-4, the Violet Flame, Teramai Reiki, Sound Meditation/ Healing, Access Consciousness Bars and Shamanic Practices such as serving Ceremonial Cacao.
