This 3-part journey opens the door to the heart of the Black Lotus Method, created by Ty Landrum — a practice that blends deep alignment, fluid transitions, and embodied philosophy.

This is more than workshops. It is a gradual immersion into a system that is intelligent, creative, and complete.

Together we will explore:— How to align asanas with clarity and understanding— Conscious transitions that truly connect movement and breath— The deeper philosophy behind Black Lotus— The three shades: white, grey & black

Each part builds on the previous one, helping you feel the structure and logic of the sequences. You will not only learn shapes — you will understand the “why” behind them.

This journey will deepen your self-practice and give you more freedom, stability, and confidence in group classes. Because of the variability within the method, you will learn how to adapt the practice to your body while staying true to its essence.

All levels are welcome.

1.Standing Postures 11.04.2026 16:00-18:30

In this workshop, we go deeper into the roots of the Black Lotus Method

We will begin with the opening mantra.Why do we chant this mantra?What is the meaning behind the words?How is it connected to Indian mythology and the deeper vision of the practice?

From there, we move into standing postures.Within the Black Lotus system there are white, grey and black versions of Standing postures. We will explore how these postures are built, what makes them strong and intelligent, and what details truly matter.

You will learn:— How to build standing asanas step by step— What alignment principles are essential— How to create stability and lightness at the same time— How to move with clarity through transitions— How to practice the vinyasas with precision and awareness

This workshop is about understanding the architecture of the practice — not just doing the shapes, but knowing how and why they work.

2.First Series 25.04.2026 16:00-18:30

This workshop is dedicated to the First Series of the Black Lotus Method, created by Ty Landrum.

We will move through the entire series together — exploring all the shapes, step by step, from beginning to end. This is a chance to understand the full structure of the sequence and how it unfolds as one complete experience.

We will focus on:— The essential principles of alignment— How to build each asana with clarity and intelligence— The details that make transitions smooth and safe

We will also gently touch the idea of Shiva–Shakti — the dynamic balance of consciousness and energy within the Tantric tradition. We will explore how this mythological vision can manifest and help in physical practice.

3.Second Series 09.05.2026 16:00-18:30

In this workshop, we will explore the Second Series of the Black Lotus Method, created by Ty Landrum, so you can truly feel the depth and “juice” of this beautifully balanced sequence.

The Second Series is powerful and refined. It builds heat, focus, strength, and openness in a very intelligent way.

Together we will explore:— How to build strength and flexibility with awareness— How to stay safe while working with intensity— Key alignment principles inside the sequence— Important details for deep backbends

We will take time to understand how to open the body progressively, without forcing — creating space through precision and breath.

We will also touch the wisdom of the Mandukya Upanishad — the teaching of the four states of consciousness. We’ll explore how this philosophy connects classical yoga tradition with Tantra and even Buddhist thought, and how these ideas can become practical tools in your daily life.
