Empower is a 9-week Steel Mace Vinyasa immersion designed to build strength, confidence, and embodied presence through a balanced rhythm of movement and integration.

Participants train weekly in fluid steel mace and vinyasa practices that develop functional strength, coordination, and graceful power.

Every two weeks, the program includes a guided breath-based integration session, allowing the nervous system to settle, release tension, and absorb the physical and emotional benefits of the work.

A one-week pause midway through the journey creates space for reflection and consolidation before moving into the second half of the immersion. This intentional wave of activation and integration supports sustainable growth, deeper embodiment, and a more grounded, resilient connection to your inner warrior.
