AYVIE Festival: Flow Edition May 2026

The FLOW EDITION of AYVIE is back!

After November’s dynamic shenanigans, we’re back with the May Edition of our festival! We love flows and want to bring them into the spotlight so at this festival, our amazing international guest teachers will share acroyoga flows in all flavours - from Open Level flows to Tricky flows and Dynamic flows including elements like whips, pops and icarians within the sequence.

On top of that we add yoga, handstands and therapeutics to the mix. There will be space and time to jam with your friends.

Join us to spend a weekend in a supportive community with fantastic teachers, grow stronger & elevate your acroyoga skills and flow repertoire.

NEW: This year, there will also be extra workshops for beginners, taught by local teachers - so if the Open Level Flow is too much, you always have a class focusing on simpler poses to really cater to all levels!

Each workshop round will last 1h45 minutes and we will have three parallel workshops with the international guest teachers on Saturday & Sunday and two parallel workshops on Friday.

In addition, there will be several Beginner Workshops if Open Level is too much.

Workshop formats:

Open Level Flow: Everybody welcome, no pre-requisites. Suitable for beginners and with variations for more experienced acroyogi*nis. This workshop format keeps it fun and accessible with a focus on playfulness and inclusivity.

Tricky Flow: These workshops add some funky footwork, challenging transitions and technical details to your flow repertoire. The teachers will set pre-requisites suitable for the workshop.

Dynamic Flow: Add air-time and swoooooosh to your flows! These workshops focus on flows that include whips, pops and icarians seamlessly integrated in the sequence. Experience with dynamics will be necessary to join these workshops and teachers will set necessary pre-requisites.

New this year: additional beginner workshops, if the Open Level classes are too tricky. Those will be taught by local teachers and focus on the foundations and simpler transitions.

Overall level of the festival: From beginners to advanced practicioners. However, we recommend having a little bit of acroyoga experience (equivalent of ca. 10 acroyoga classes) before joining the festival to get the most out of the weekend. You will have most fun if sidestars and stars are already firmly in your repertoire - but with the Beginner workshops, there should be something for everybody :)

ps. We believe lack of money should not keep you from doing the things you love. If you're struggling financially but really want to join the festival, contact us and we will find a way so you can join.

Please note that food and accommodation are not included!

There are restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance from the venue or you can bring your own food.

We will also organize on-site catering that you can book and pay for directly with the chefs :) Think veggie curries, dhals and other vegan/vegetarian delicacies to keep you well-fed and happy to train.

• by car: follow google maps :) NO car parking right in front – parking in the surrounding streets possible within walking distance (free in the weekend)
