Welcome to our Open Level Acroyoga classes! The acroyoga we teach in these sessions is a playful mix of yoga, acrobatics, partner exercises and strengthening. We work on different poses and transitions each time. No partner needed! We work in teams of 3 or 4 anyway to ensure safety :) It is a multi-level class ranging from Beginner to Intermediate practitioners. Our goal is that you feel uplifted, joyful and empowered, so please come with an open mind-set, choose the level of exercise that feels good and try out new things in a supportive environment. We encourage you to switch roles to experience both the thrill of flying, the grounding feeling of being a base and being someone’s “safety net” by learning how to be a good spotter. Classes will take place every Thursday from 17:30-18:30 (60 minutes) and on Sundays from 15:00-16:00 at Loquaiplatz 11, 1060 Wien.

The space is yours to practice and play on 70 squaremeters of puzzlemats :) A jam is an unguided practice where acroyogis come together to train. IMPORTANT: This is not a class, so there is no formal teaching but exchange of knowledge and experiences within the group. There are some guidelines to make sure it's a safe space for everyone: · make sure to warm up · check in with others, ask for what you need & dare to say no if something doesn't feel right or safe · use of spotters is highly recommended, please stay within your safety zone when training · no participation if you consumed alcohol or other substances · a jam is an interactive & social place so please come with the mindset to switch up groups instead of just training with one partner

New to Acroyoga? Welcome to our weekly beginners drop-in class! In this 60 minutes class, we will introduce you to the basics of Acroyoga: a dynamic and playful practice that combines elements of yoga and acrobatics. Different to our weekly courses, this is a drop-in class with a varying group so it’s perfect if you have a changing schedule and just want to stay flexible in your acroyoga practice. The sessions do not build onto each other and can be booked independently. Each class will have different theme and different poses, but always stay beginner friendly. If you need more challenge, ask us and we can provide :) It involves partner-based movements between the “base”, providing stability and support, and the “flyer”, balancing on the base’s feet or hands. A “spotter” is always present to ensure safety during the practice. Whether you're a complete beginner or seeking to refine your skills, you are very welcome to join! Classes will take place every Monday from 17:30-18:30 (60 minutes) at our studio at Loquaiplatz 11/1C in 1060 Vienna. You don't need a partner to join! We will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come with a friend, it is not necessary to be paired up in advance. If you already have a bit more experience, we recommend joining our Open Level Drop-in Class on Thursdays or Sunday or check out our courses (level 2 to 5) .
