Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time to change and settle in. · The doors will be locked once the class begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the session has started. · We maintain a shoe-free environment to keep our studio clean and calm. Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them in the designated area or your locker. · For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks are required during class.
