Reformer Pilates will tone and strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and make you feel amazing in your body — all while boosting your energy so you can move through the day with ease and confidence. * * * Studio Policies & Class Attendance Guidelines · Our doors open 15 minutes before each class. Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time to change and settle in. · The doors will be locked once the class begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the session has started. · We maintain a shoe-free environment to keep our studio clean and calm. Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them in the designated area or your locker. · For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks are required during class. Please note: bare feet are not permitted at PILATESNESS. · If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your Eversports account under Bookings → Sign out of activity.
