Well maybe a little,) The way we generate heat, and I mean warmth created by muscles, is by using our legs (which some muscles moving our legs are atually deep within our core!). Our legs are where we have the most amount of musculature, and the most important muscles in our body as well. Strong legs will allow us to stay mobile and their strength correlates with longevity!
