The intention of this class is to reduce anxiety. When we feel anxious we tend to shrink, cover our vulnerable parts, look smaller, and round the back and shoulders.

In this class we will use the breath to calm down, and open the front body in a save way, calming our nervous system with sweet counter poses, that feel like returning home.
