Lisa found her passion for pilates 10 years ago and has since deepened her knowledge of the practice - and her understanding of the body - by becoming a certified BASI Pilates instructor. Having experienced Pilates all over the world, she fell in love with the dynamic and energising movement of reformer pilates - hoping you will too! Lisa instructs her classes in English and German.
