Du bist vor kurzem Mutter geworden und möchtest dein Körpergefühl wieder zurückgewinnen? Du kannst mit der Rückbildung sofort nach dem Wochenbett beginnen. Besprich den Start aber vorsichtshalber mit deiner Ärztin oder Hebamme. In der Klasse werden die von der Geburt stark beanspruchten Körperpartien, wie der Beckenboden, die stark gedehnte Bauchmuskulatur und die Rückenmuskulatur, wieder aufgebaut. Bitte trage bequeme Kleidung und Socken.

You just gave birth to your baby and want to regain your body feeling? Start with post-natal yoga right after the postpartum. The class focuses on rebuilding the heavily exhausted parts of you body after giving birth, such as pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and back muscles. This class offers a space to feel good, have fun, ask questions and talk about motherhood. We recommend you discuss when to start postnatal yoga with your doctor or midwife. Please wear comfortable clothes and socks at the beginning of this class.

Über den Trainer/Lehrer
Julie's classes are varied, colorful and bursting with good humor. The doctor and yoga teacher has a lot to teach her students and has advice for every stage of life. She herself would have liked to have discovered yoga earlier in order to deal with emotions better. Julie sees life as a complete work of art and learns and teaches to be content with it: Tat Tvam Asi - that's you. Julie sees the mat as a practice to master everyday situations and believes that behavior on the mat gives insight into different life situations. Julie teaches private classes, pregnancy yoga, mommy-baby classes, beginner classes, group vinyasa classes and freak-out classes.
