Hips hold a special connection with our posture by being responsible for the stability of our lumbal spine. With that they are connected to how we feel as well - since our posture represents our feelings!
In this class we will move the hips in all the directions they can go, while we notice when we are reinforcing the stabilization, and when we can tap into our postural unconscious muscles via the breath.
