Who it's for — Ages 10–14
The details — Starting May 5. Ending June 30., every Tuesday, 15:45-16:35
What they'll learn — Healthy movement, posture, proprioception, balance, strength
Language: Teachers speak English and German so it will be a mix
What is required: A signed waiver from a guardian, grip socks, sports clothes
Kids should be healthy and cleared for exercise
Class will be adapted to this groups needs, and vibe - tailor made for adolescent children

You sign up for the full, 8-week programme, rather than each class individually. Classes are held every Tuesday, 15:45, from 05/05 - 30/06 2026
Cancellation policy:
100% refund possible if cancelled up to 1 week before the start of the programme
Thereafter no refunds are possible as we need a minimum number of participants to make the programme viable.
Transfers of the full to someone else ARE possible at any time with written consent and signed waiver from a guardian.
