had a fantastic class at Soma. The instructor was excellent—she explained each posture clearly and offered helpful adjustments. The studio has a calming, authentic vibe that doesn’t feel commercialized.

Led by Victoria, who has spent the last 12 years building inclusive Yoga and Pilates Studios around the world, our team boasts tonne of experience, is internationally educated and maintains the highest, global teaching standards.
Every single teacher at Soma Co. was brought on board for their unique ability to hold space, make people feel safe and supported and bring joy, fun and cohesion into each class.
