Be your muse is a yoga studio dedicated entirely to women. We offer yoga, pilates, breathing and meditation for the health, empowerment and wellbeing of women through all phases of life, including in pregnancy, in postpartum as new moms as well as kids yoga and dance.
Our programs include weekly classes, workshops, 1-day retreats and multi-day retreats.
Our Yoga Studio is a safe, mindful and nurturing space. Here you can relax, immerse yourself and arrive in your femininity through movement, breath, mindfulness and community.

Ein wunderschönes Studio und eine Insel für Schwangere und für (neue) Mamis. Ich habe mich während der gesamten Schwangerschaft bei Deborah so gut betreut gefühlt, sie paar die Stunden auf unsere Bedürfnisse an und gestaltet jede Stunde liebevoll und durchdacht. Das neue Studio ist herzlich und das Angebot richtig toll. vor allem das Mantra Singen mit Baby hat es uns angetan

Baby and I had a great time; bit of Yoga and a really lovely framework for the little guy (9 months) to explore and meet some other babies. Will come again. Will say that the tiny chairs with heavy plants are somewhat of a hazard.

Über das Team
We have a wonderful team of women teaching our classes, each uniquely skilled in their own way and passionate about feminine health, expression and embodiment.
We have instructors trained in various styles of yoga (Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle flows, Hatha Yoga), Pilates, Yogalates, Breathwork, and also specialised in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, Mama-Baby yoga, Kinderyoga etc.
We also like to offer meditation, sound baths, mantra singing and dancing in the studio as alternative ways to move, have fun and workout!
