My favourite classes are Sara’s sculpt and peach classes! Both are sweaty workouts working with deep muscles, but still great for all levels because of the breaks and variations she suggests. She changes the exercises and uses different equipment so the class is always a little different from the last time, which I like! and after sore muscles I like to go to pilates x stretch where we do some calmer deep pilates exercises for 30mins and focus on deeeep nice stretches in candlelight for the rest of the class, so I love it too :)

We’re a team of girl's girls – and we love movement for all the reasons that go beyond just the workout.
Each of us comes from a different background – in sport, in culture, in energy – but what connects us is our shared belief that movement is a tool for strength, softness, and self-connection.
