    Hi, ich bin Laura aka Lori.

    Ich bin ein echtes Energiebündel und eine absolute Frohnatur. Bei meinen Classes kannst du davon ausgehen, dass ich zu den Songs meiner Playlist mitsinge – laut und voller Begeisterung! Ich bin äußerst zielstrebig und ehrgeizig, das macht es mir sehr schwer nicht an mich selbst zu glauben und ich muss immer nach den Sternen greifen. Im Reformer Pilates habe ich meine Passion gefunden, die eine Sache, die ich wirklich richtig gut kann.

    Meine Mission ist es, dich jedes Mal aufs Neue zu motivieren, deine Komfortzone zu verlassen und ein bisschen weiter über deine Grenzen zu gehen, genau wie ich es bei mir selbst mache – alles für dein persönliches Wachstum.

    Ich liebe pinke Dinge, lautes Lachen und glaube fest daran, dass Schlaf fast jedes Problem lösen kann. Reformer Pilates hat nicht nur meine Bauchmuskeln, sondern vor allem mein Selbstbewusstsein gestärkt – und genau dieses großartige Gefühl möchte ich in jeder einzelnen Stunde an dich weitergeben voll nach dem G2 Motto Grow & Glow.

    Mein Ziel in jeder einzelnen Class? Dass du dich wohlfühlst, Spaß hast und mit einem Strahlen im Gesicht aus dem Studio gehst.

    Mit G2 Studio wollte ich einen Ort schaffen an dem DU, du selbst sein kannst. Das Studio spiegelt einen Teil von mir wieder - daher das ganze pink im Farbkonzept! Ich hoffe, dir gefällt es hier genauso gut wie mir. Danke, dass du ein Teil von G2 bist – lass uns gemeinsam eine super Zeit haben!

    G2 Studio ist mein Herzensprojekt – ein Ort, an dem du dich stark, motiviert und wohl fühlen sollst. Ich unterrichte alle Klassen selbst und lege großen Wert auf persönliche Betreuung, hochwertige Reformer-Geräte und ein durchdachtes Training, das wirklich etwas bringt. Bei mir trainierst du mit viel Aufmerksamkeit für deine Technik und dein Körpergefühl. Mein Ziel ist es, dass du bei G2 nicht nur trainierst, sondern über dich hinauswächst. G2 steht für grow & glow – und genau das spürst du in jeder Einheit.
    Für deine erste Class bei G2 Studio gibt es ein paar wichtige Dinge zu beachten: Sei bitte mindestens 15 Minuten vor Beginn da. So hast du genug Zeit, in Ruhe anzukommen, das Studio kennenzulernen und eventuelle Fragen zu klären. Ein späterer Einstieg ist leider nicht möglich. Grippy Socks sind Pflicht. Aus Sicherheits- und Hygienegründen brauchst du rutschfeste Socken. Falls du keine hast, kannst du sie direkt bei mir im Studio kaufen. Trag bequeme, enganliegende Sportkleidung. So kann ich deine Bewegungen gut sehen und dir bei der Ausführung helfen. Bring eine Trinkflasche mit – du wirst sie brauchen. Falls du noch Fragen hast, schreib mir jederzeit gern.     Bitte gib mir vor der Einheit Bescheid, wenn du aktuell Verletzungen, körperliche Einschränkungen oder Schmerzen hast – nur so kann ich das Training individuell anpassen und dir die richtigen Optionen zeigen. Wenn du schwanger bist oder kürzlich entbunden hast, sprich vorab unbedingt mit deiner Ärztin oder deinem Arzt und kontaktiere mich vor der Buchung, damit wir gemeinsam entscheiden können, welche Class für dich geeignet ist. Allgemein gilt: Höre auf deinen Körper. Mach Pausen, wenn du sie brauchst, und frag jederzeit nach, wenn dir etwas unklar ist. Mein Ziel ist, dass du dich bei G2 sicher, gut betreut und motiviert fühlst.
    Du brauchst nichts mitzubringen außer Grippy Socks – alles andere stelle ich dir im Studio zur Verfügung. Die Reformer-Geräte, Boxen etc. sind alle vor Ort. Falls du keine Grippy Socks hast, kannst du sie direkt bei mir kaufen. Matten oder anderes Zubehör brauchst du nicht.
    Falls du eine gebuchte Class nicht besuchen kannst, storniere sie bitte rechtzeitig über Eversports. Die Stornofrist liegt bei 24 Stunden vor Beginn der Einheit. So kann dein Platz noch freigegeben werden und jemand anderes freut sich darüber. Bei kurzfristigen Absagen oder Nichterscheinen muss die Einheit verrechnet werden.
