Nuju Studios is more than a place to work out. We offer a modern Pilates experience built around thoughtful movement, small class sizes and a welcoming community. Every class is designed to help you move with intention, feel stronger and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have years of experience, you’ll find a space that feels calm, personal and supportive. Because for us, movement isn’t just exercise. It’s part of a life well lived.
Whether it’s your first Reformer class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re in the right place. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Nuju Balanced, our beginner-friendly class focused on alignment, technique and confidence on the Reformer. Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can introduce you to the equipment and answer any questions. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing and bring grippy socks. If you don’t have a pair yet, they’re available at the studio. All classes are 55 minutes long, and late entry isn’t possible once the session has begun. If you’re pregnant or returning after birth, our dedicated Babies & Bellies classes are designed to support you safely through every stage. If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help.
You don’t need to bring any equipment. All equipment is provided. For Reformer classes, grippy socks are required. If you don’t have a pair yet, you can purchase them at the studio. Changing rooms, lockers and a walk-in shower are available. If you’d like to shower after class, simply bring your own towel.
If your plans change, you can cancel your booking up to 18 hours before class through Eversports. Your class credit will automatically be returned to your account. Cancellations made less than 18 hours before class, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. To ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for everyone, late entry isn’t possible once class has started.
Arrive as you are. Our teachers speak both German and English and are here to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you come to challenge yourself, slow down or simply take a break from your day, we hope you’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer and ready to come back.
