Über uns

Welcome to PIÙ PILATES, where we love using nothing but our own body (weight) for conscious muscle work.

For us, training in a group means more fun and motivation on each individual's journey to strength and a healthy body alignment.

We train at Studio Leibesübung – not a typical Pilates studio, but a relaxed and grounded space for all kinds of movements and muscle work. The vibe is down-to-earth – and so are we.

If English speaking people are among you the sessions will take place in English.

During the warm days, you can also find us outdoors for a Playground Pilates session: Più Pilates I Playground Pilates

It's you and a mat. And a bunch of other nice people.

Über das Team

Hi, I'm Christina.

I got certified as mat and machine teacher by one of the leading international schools.

What I love most is working with the basics: the body and the floor. My aim is to create powerful yet playful sessions – and help you experience your muscle "aha moments".

Further education: "Shoulder biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for runners", “Pilates for injuries and pathologies”.

I'd be happy to share this fitness experience with you!

Häufig gestellte Fragen

At PIÙ PILATES we love challenges and we love to meet them with a smile. People of all ages train together. Those of you who are under 27 can make use of a discount.
Our sessions take place at Studio Leibesübung, Lindengasse 26, 1070. Doors are open 15 minutes before start of class. I might still be teaching the previous class when you arrive, but I’ll be with you as soon as possible for check-in. In the meantime, please make yourself comfortable - you'll find the wardrobe straight ahead and the people around will help you, should any question arise. I'm happy to welcome you!
Mats are available for free. Of course, you can bring your own mat if you prefer. Please don't forget your water bottle. Showers are available.
Cancellations are possible via Eversports up to 24 hours before start of class.
If English speaking people are among you the session will take place in English. The courses are not intended for pregnant and post-natal women or people with health problems. By booking a course you confirm that your health and your medical condition allow a fitness training.
