Über uns

Welcome to PIÙ PILATES, where we rely on nothing but our own body and the floor for conscious muscle work.

We train at Studio Leibesübung, where the vibe is grounded - and so are we.

Our way of training is based on the original Pilates method, adapted to modern scientific understanding.

Sensofit+ is our training outside the Pilates world: a fun and dynamic circuit training that combines coordination, strength, and endurance. 

Should there be English-speaking participants, the sessions will take place in English.

Über das Team

Hi, I'm Christina.

I’m a certified mat and machine Pilates teacher, trained by one of the leading international schools. 

Though I've worked with the various apparatus created by Joseph Pilates, what I love most is working with the basics — just the body and the floor.

My aim is to create powerful, yet playful sessions – and help you experience your muscle "aha moments".

Further education: "Shoulder biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for runners", “Pilates for injuries and pathologies”.

At PIÙ PILATES we love challenges, and we love to face them with a smile. People of all ages train together. Those of you who are under 27 can make use of a discount.
Our sessions take place at Studio Leibesübung, Lindengasse 26, 1070. Doors are open 15 minutes before start of class. We might still be teaching the previous class when you arrive, but we’ll be with you as soon as possible for check-in. In the meantime, please make yourself comfortable - you'll find the wardrobe straight ahead and the people around will help you, should any question arise. We're happy to welcome you!
Mats are provided free of charge. You won't need shoes during training, we love feeling our soles on the ground. :) I recommend bringing a water bottle and a towel. Showers are available.
Cancellations are possible via Eversports up to 24 hours before start of class.
If there are English speakers among you, the sessions will be conducted in English. The courses are not intended for pregnant and post-natal women or people with health problems. By booking a course you confirm that your health and your medical condition allow a fitness training.
