    Unser Studio in Kirchdorf ist die Heimat für alle, die Pole Dance strukturiert, sicher und auf hohem Niveau lernen möchten – unabhängig vom Erfahrungsstand. Wir arbeiten mit einem klar aufgebauten Level-System, das Anfängerinnen ebenso abholt wie Fortgeschrittene und ambitionierte Tänzerinnen.

    Der Fokus liegt auf sauberer Technik, nachhaltigem Kraftaufbau und flüssigen Kombinationen – kombiniert mit einem starken Community-Gedanken. In unseren Kursen erwartet dich eine professionelle, motivierende Atmosphäre, in der Fortschritte sichtbar werden und Training Spaß macht.

    Unsere Trainerinnen begleiten dich individuell, achten auf korrekte Ausführung und sorgen dafür, dass du dich jederzeit sicher fühlst. Kleine Gruppen, strukturierte Inhalte und ein durchdachtes Kurskonzept schaffen die ideale Umgebung, um dich Schritt für Schritt weiterzuentwickeln.

    Über das Team

    Unser Team in Kirchdorf besteht aus erfahrenen, engagierten Trainerinnen, die ihre Leidenschaft für Pole Dance mit viel Know-how und Feingefühl weitergeben. Jede Trainerin bringt ihre eigenen Stärken und Schwerpunkte mit – gemeinsam verfolgen wir jedoch ein klares Ziel: strukturiertes, sicheres und qualitativ hochwertiges Training.

    Wir arbeiten nach einem einheitlichen System mit klaren Progressionen, achten auf saubere Technik und begleiten unsere Teilnehmerinnen individuell auf ihrem Weg. Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf eine positive, motivierende Atmosphäre, in der sich jede wohlfühlt – unabhängig vom Level.

    Regelmäßige interne Abstimmungen und Weiterbildungen sorgen dafür, dass unser Unterricht stets professionell, aktuell und auf höchstem Niveau bleibt.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Weil dich bei uns strukturiertes, sicheres und motivierendes Pole Dance Training auf hohem Niveau erwartet. Im Studio Kirchdorf arbeiten wir mit einem klar aufgebauten Level-System, kleinen Gruppen und erfahrenen Trainerinnen, die dich individuell begleiten und auf saubere Technik achten. Du trainierst in einer professionellen, positiven Atmosphäre, entwickelst Schritt für Schritt Kraft, Technik und Selbstvertrauen – und wirst Teil einer starken Community, die sich gegenseitig unterstützt und motiviert.
    Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse – unsere Kurse sind so aufgebaut, dass du sicher und Schritt für Schritt einsteigen kannst. Komm am besten etwa 10 Minuten früher, damit du in Ruhe ankommen kannst. Für das Training empfehlen wir kurze Shorts (für den Grip an der Stange), ein Sportoberteil sowie optional lange Kleidung zum Aufwärmen. Bitte verzichte vor dem Kurs auf Bodylotion oder Öl, damit du sicheren Halt hast. Vor Ort erklären wir dir alles in Ruhe. Unsere Trainerinnen begleiten dich aufmerksam durch die Stunde, achten auf saubere Technik und sorgen dafür, dass du dich von Anfang an wohl und sicher fühlst.
    Du brauchst kein spezielles Equipment mitzubringen. Alle Trainingsstangen und benötigten Materialien stehen im Studio zur Verfügung. Bitte bring lediglich deine Trainingskleidung (Shorts und Sportoberteil), eine Trinkflasche sowie ein Handtuch mit. Alles Weitere erklären wir dir vor Ort – du kannst also ganz entspannt starten.
    Wenn du verhindert bist, storniere deine Buchung bitte rechtzeitig selbstständig (24h vor Kursbeginn) über dein Eversports-Profil. So kann dein Platz wieder freigegeben werden und jemand von der Warteliste nachrücken. Bitte beachte dabei die jeweils gültige Stornofrist des gebuchten Kurses. Erfolgt die Absage zu spät oder nicht, wird die Einheit laut Buchungsbedingungen verrechnet.
    Bitte erscheine pünktlich zum Kursbeginn, damit wir gemeinsam starten können. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist ein verspäteter Einstieg in laufende Stunden meist nicht möglich. Verzichte vor dem Training auf Bodylotion oder Öl, trage keinen Schmuck am Körper und achte auf kurze Fingernägel, um sicheren Halt an der Stange zu gewährleisten. Respektvoller Umgang, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und eine positive Atmosphäre sind uns besonders wichtig.
