Super!!! Komme gerne zu Ramona. Die Trainings sind intensiv aber können individuell angepasst werden, Ramona nimmt auf jede Rücksicht. Immer eine sehr lustige und persönliche Runde :)

Freundliche und liebe Trainerin! Würde nochmal hingehen wollen. Bin sehr zufrieden und das Training machte auch sehr viel Spaß :) Oft schaut die Trainerin auch immer ob die Übungen richtig ausgeführt werden und die Affirmationen zu Beginn find ich auch ganz toll! Würd ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
