Ich trainiere seit ca. 1 Monat im The Jungle. Das Fitnesstudio ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und leicht erreichbar. Die Trainingsstunden sind anspruchsvoll und die Zeit vergeht dank der angenehmen Atmosphäre, die die Trainerinnen anbieten, sehr schnell. Die Trainerinnen korrigieren die Ausführung der Übungen und ich fühle mich im The Jungle immer bestens aufgehoben. Yeva, die Besitzerin, ist sehr hilfsbereit und beantwortet jede Frage im Detail. Man merkt, dass ihr Fitnesstudio ihre Leidenschaft ist. Ich bin mit The Jungle sehr zufrieden.

The Jungle is a new-generation. women-only group workout studio in the center of Vienna. We break the idea of sport as something you punish yourself with for bad food or a seasonal "get-ready-for-summer" routine.

Instead, we make sport an integral part of your life!

We're not just fitness enthusiasts; we're experts at embracing self-love and maintaining a healthy balance in life.

That's why we've crafted The Jungle as a sanctuary for self-care and wellness.

Our mission is to convey that sport and daily physical activity is an essential part of a happy and fulfilling life for everyone.

· We recommend a meal 2 hours before the workout in order to be full of energy but not heavy. · Please, arrive 5-10 minutes before your workout. · Classes are held in the language that everyone in the class speaks. However, the trainer will duplicate information in English or German if necessary. · You can cancel a class registration without losing it 6 hours before the class starts or earlier.Important: If a class is canceled later than 6 hours prior to the class, it will not be returned to your account. · If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will be canceled at least 2 hours before the class starts. · So that you can be proud of yourself afterward, our coaches may record stories during the workout. 😁Please let us know if you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories!
· You can borrow our towels and yoga mats for free! · In our changing room & shower, find organic skincare and extras because we care about your comfort (also free of charge!).
