Über uns
Unconscious Flow is more than just a yoga practice: it is an exploration of movement, breath, and inner awareness. Rooted in the deep connection between body and mind, it offers a space where yoga, psychology, and music merge to guide practitioners into a state of balance and flow.
Unconscious Flow brings together the principles of Hatha Yoga, integrating Pranayama and Meditation to foster a deeper awareness of the self. Each session is designed to go beyond physical movement, creating a bridge between conscious and unconscious processes, inviting practitioners to explore their inner world.
Live music is a key element of this journey: a unique approach which is shaped by the expertise of Alessandra Toni, an internationally recognized neoclassical pianist, composer, and certified yoga teacher (500h), whose work bridges the worlds of music, psychology, and movement.
With a background in psychology and foreign languages, Alessandra integrates a holistic perspective into her teachings. Her classes invite individuals to cultivate presence, deepen self-connection, and embrace the transformative power of yoga.
Join Unconscious Flow and experience a practice where movement becomes a melody, breath becomes rhythm, and the mind finds its path.

Über das Team
ALESSANDRA TONI
is an Italian certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher (500h), with additional training in pranayama and meditation. Yoga has been a constant presence in her life, not only as a physical practice but as a philosophy that shapes her way of being in the world.
Music is also a fundamental force in her path. As a pianist and composer, She has had the privilege of performing internationally, exploring the ways in which sound and silence create meaning. The connection between breath, rhythm, and inner stillness is something she experiences both on the mat and at the piano, since everything is part of the same conversation.
Apart from being PhD in foreign languages, Alessandra also works as a psychologist, mental trainer and psychotherapist in training, driven by the desire to understand the human experience on a deeper level and to support others on their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
All these elements—yoga, music, language, and psychology—intertwine in her life and she strongly believes in a holistic approach to well-being. Her teaching and her personal practice are constantly evolving, shaped by studies and experiences.
